Top UKA Endurance coaches see Polar as an integral part of their training.
John Nuttall, UKA Development Coach explains: "A number of my athletes train with Polar heart rate monitors and have benefited greatly from the wealth of training information they provide. Polar's software is very sophisticated and enables detailed analysis of every training session showing essential recovery information as well. Athletes of all abilities can benefit from training with Polar and I would recommend their use to anyone looking to improve their performance, whatever their level."
Peter Erikkson, Paralympic Head Coach/Performance Director has used Polar heart rate monitors as an integral part of his coaching for years: "As a coach I have used Polar heart rate monitors for over twenty years to contribute to improving the fitness of athletes. They are a valuable tool to monitor fitness levels and then determine the right training programme for each athlete."
